On Saturday Jeff helped Scott Smith from East End Brewing Company brew his new Fall Seasonal, Big Hop Harvest Ale. This is a wet hopped beer with fresh hops that were harvested from the vine and immediately packed and expressed delivered to the brewery. Tune in and learn what to do with 50 pounds of fresh hops, my vote was to roll around in them naked, but Scott had a better idea.
