I did feel a little vindicated when I read that story in a hey I'm not so stupid after all kind of way.
I read an article a couple
I read an article a couple days ago and was confused. I was unaware there was a debate about this. Any homebrewer knows you can smell CO2. And when you carbonate a liquid you get carbonic acid which is obviously sour.
