CBR 147: Dont leave a French Broad sitting around. North Carolina Beers

This time Jeff brought back some beers from one of his business trips to North Carolina. We did hit a bit of a problem where the French Broad beers didn't travel / age well. But it did make for way too many puns that we kept stepping into.

Beers:

Good show

I was in Asheville two summers ago and I agree that Bruisin' Ales is a great store. Too bad the French Broad beers didn't age well. I have tried their ESB, dunkelweizen and wee-heavy and enjoyed all of them. In addition to the Duck-Rabbit and Highland beers which you guys have tried on the show, Pisgah makes really good beers. I had their Cosmos and Solstice and was very impressed.

And aces and eights is the deadman's hand, but it was held by Wild Bill Hickok, not Billy the Kid. Right first name, wrong wild west figure.
