Tis' the season for holiday beers. We would like to thank listener Bill for the Texas beers that were on this show. Both Greg and Jeff were surprised by the top ranked beer this show.
Good show. Glad you liked the Shiner. It is certainly different and I was as shocked as you guys were to see Shiner make something out of the ordinary. I know you guys like the Kolsch, but sadly it has been retired for about two years. Hopefully they will bring it back because it was their best regular offering.
Jeff, I heard you mention you were going to brew a gumball head clone on the show. I brewed the linked clone this past spring, and then shared it with some friends, including a couple of homebrewers, alongside the real beer over the summer. They were all in agreement that it was as close to a perfect clone as they have had, and universally was agreed to be the best homebrew of the 9 we had to sample.

Craft Beer Radio is an Internet talk show about craft and micro brewed beers. The mission of the show is to spread the word of good beer. We introduce people to craft beer, and teach them about different beer styles, brewers who make them, and beer history. Whether you are new to craft beer or have been drinking it for more than 20 years we have something for you.

I wondered why I could no longer find that beer, it was one of my favorite kolsch's, if not my favorite.
