Good show. Glad to see that
Good show. Glad to see that I have officially sent you guys a "wow" beer. I also liked the comment Greg made about being past beers that were just hops, hops, hops. I have a friend in my tasting group that is semi-new to craft beer and if it isn't 10,000 IBUs he is not too interested. Several of us in the tasting group are working with him to appreciate ESBs, dubbels, etc... We tell him that when he reaches that point, a whole new world will be opened to him. We are making progress, but I think it is something you have to reach on your own. Keep up the good work.
