I stopped in State College to check out Otto's Pub and brewery. While there I cornered Charlie Schnabel the owner and brewer as we talk beer and cider too.
Craft Beer Radio is an Internet talk show about craft and micro brewed beers. The mission of the show is to spread the word of good beer. No way man, Charlie knew his stuff. Just not super comfortable in front of the microphone. I'm glad you liked the interview. I have several more in the works.
Good interview
I tried a bottle of their Double D IPA in January and really liked it.
One of these days they will relax the regulations in Texas and allow brewpubs to sell off premises. When that happens, people are going to be shocked at the great beers being brewed in Texas by pubs such as the Draught House, Freetail and Uncle Billy's. Until then, I guess we will just have to keep them all to ourselves.
